Male seeking male roommate to share current apartment, spacious, clean, two bedroom, first floor in Arlington between Alewife & Arlington Center. Available for 9/1 move-in. $750 plus utilities. (Gas, electricity, oil heat, cable/internet).

-Unfurnished bedroom approx 10 x 12
-Brand new living room furniture
-Free washer/dryer and lots of storage in basement
-Front and back porch with a small backyard
-Steps to Minuteman Bike Path, Spy Pond, 77 bus stop (Harvard Sq) on Mass Ave, and Capitol Theater/shops/restaurants
-10-15 minute walk to Alewife or Arlington Center
-Close to Route 2
-Off-street parking for one car (tandem)
-1 yr lease required by landlord
-non-smokers, no pets, quiet
-Gas, electricity, oil heat, cable/internet extra
